Which customer portal should I log in to?

We have a few systems that parents and students receive access to. This article will help explain the differences between our systems and when to use each one.

What's on this page?

Scheduling Portal

Scheduling Portal Login

What is it for?

  1. Viewing Your Schedule
Our scheduling portal allows you to view all of your scheduled and completed tutoring sessions as well as review any notes the Tutoring Specialist has left on past sessions.
  2. Joining Sessions
Online students will also use this portal to join their online lessons.
  3. Cancelling Sessions
You can cancel any upcoming session yourself through the scheduling portal, and our cancellation policy will automatically be applied.

Who gets access?

Most students and parents receive access to the scheduling portal, with the exception of students completing an SAT/ACT prep class. As long as we have an email for both the student and the parent, you will both receive account access to the scheduling portal. If we only have a parent email on file, then only the parent will be able to log in to the scheduling portal.

SAT/ACT Prep Portal

SAT/ACT Prep Portal Login

What is it for?

The SAT/ACT Prep Portal is where students access the actual curriculum for SAT/ACT prep.

  1. Taking practice tests
Whether free or paid, all practice tests are completed within the SAT/ACT Prep Portal. Practice dSAT exams are taken directly in the portal, while practice ACT exams are taken on paper and the scores are uploaded into the portal.
  2. Completing homework
Students who are completing SAT/ACT prep will receive worksheets and lessons within the SAT/ACT prep portal. These lessons are completed digitally within the portal and video reviews are available for incorrect answers to help students understand their mistakes.

Who gets access?

Students completing a paid SAT/ACT prep program including our prep classes, one-on-one prep, or self-study will receive complete access to the portal through an activated account. This allows access to multiple full-length practice tests, homework assignments, and our workbook. Students who are completing a free practice SAT/ACT will receive an account in the portal with limited access to complete their free practice test. Parents do not receive a separate login for the SAT/ACT prep portal.

College Admissions Counseling Portal

College Admissions Counseling Portal Login

What is it for?

The College Admissions Counseling Portal is where students access their college admissions materials and develop their plans.

  1. Creating college lists
Students can develop lists of colleges, categorize them, and share them with their college admissions counselor to review. Your college admissions counselor can also create college lists on your behalf to suggest schools you might be interested in.
  2. Completing aptitude tests
Aptitude tests can be a valuable tool to determine what kinds of careers and schools would interest you. This is particularly useful for students who aren't quite sure what they want to do. The counselor can work with you to assign aptitude tests that would be useful for you.
  3. Viewing your college admissions materials
You can view your college admissions deadlines, application materials, testing dates, and more. This provides a holistic source of information to help guide your college admissions process.

Who gets access?

Students completing any paid college admissions counseling program will generally receive access to the college admissions portal. Parents will not receive a separate login for this portal.

Billing Portal

What is it for?

The Billing Portal allows you to view your current subscriptions, renewal dates, invoice history, and payment information. You can also update your payment information and download existing invoices and receipts.

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot modify your subscription through the billing portal. If you need to make a change to your subscription, please contact support@frontiertutoring.com.

Who gets access?

All existing customers can access their billing history and information. However, customers who are paying for academic tutoring on a per-lesson basis (ie. customers who are charged after each lesson occurs) will not see their payment history in this portal. If you are paying on a per-lesson basis and want to view your billing history, please login to the scheduling portal and select billing from the navigation bar.
