What is the cancellation policy for lessons?

Lessons can be canceled at any time for any reason and can be rescheduled according to our terms and conditions* so long as there is at least 24 hours between when the cancellation request is submitted, and when the lesson was originally scheduled to begin. Since tutoring specialists prepare for each lesson and carve out time to spend with the student, lessons that are missed with no notice or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered used lessons and are not available to be rescheduled.

 

The tutoring specialist will wait for the student for 15 minutes from the start time of the scheduled lesson, after which the tutor will leave and the lesson will be considered missed. Please make sure to reach out to the tutoring specialist if your student will be more than 15 minutes late to make sure they don't leave. If you have an emergency that requires you to cancel the lesson within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time or causes you to miss a lesson without notice, please feel free to contact us at at support@frontiertutoring.com about a one time exemption from the cancellation policy to allow for rescheduling.
