What happens if I withdraw from an SAT prep class?

We know that scheduling conflicts can arise, especially during a busy school year. If you need to withdraw from an SAT prep class, you may be wondering what your options are.

Here’s how we handle this:

  • Once a class has been purchased, enrollment is non-refundable. This policy is in place because seats are limited and curriculum access begins at the start of the course.

  • We may be able to transfer your enrollment to a future session. As long as we receive at least 7 days notice before the start of the class, we can transfer your registration to a future class, subject to availability.

  • We may be able to transfer the value of the class to Individual Prep. As long as you let us know before instruction has started, we may be able to credit the value of your prep class towards an Individual Prep package. Please note that availability for Individual Prep fills up quickly and is on a first-come first-served basis. We cannot guarantee that we will get your student in immediately to start doing Individual Prep, but it's always worth reaching out to us at support@frontiertutoring.com and we can talk to you about what options are available.
  • Charter-funded families: Please check with your program coordinator or counselor, as approval may be required to transfer enrollment.

If you think you’ll need to switch class dates, reach out as early as possible so we can try to accommodate your request.
