Quite simply, no! There is absolutely no commitment required to do your first lesson!
It is completely free because we want to ensure that you are satisfied with the service before you ever start paying for it. We use this lesson to guarantee that the tutoring specialist your student is paired with is the right fit for their learning style and personality. Should that not to be the case, we are happy to schedule your student for another free lesson with a different tutoring specialist who is a better fit!
All that being said, as part of the onboarding process, we do collect your billing information in order to get your account fully set up so that we can lock in your planned session times and you can hit the ground running after your first session, but you will not be charged anything for your subscription until after the first lesson is completed.
If after you complete your first session you decide you do not want to continue with tutoring, that's no problem at all. You can close your account at the end of any billing period for no cost. If you choose not to continue, we would appreciate your feedback so we can improve our services for future students!
