Sometimes it is helpful to see when an instructor is available either for a rescheduled lesson, or if you intend to change your recurring lesson frequency.
You can view instructor availability within the scheduling portal.
First you should make sure you're on the calendar view, then change the view from "Month" to "Week" or "Day".
Once in week or day view, select the instructor for whom you would like to view their availability as shown in the screenshot below. Please note, you can only view the availability of instructors that are assigned to your student's account.
Finally, click submit to view the instructor's availability on the calendar. Times when they are not available are shown in a shade of gray, while times they are available are shown in white (see image below). 
Now you can scroll through different days or weeks to see what times are available for scheduling!
Please note that we do have internal policies regarding scheduling as well (ex. making sure tutoring specialists get breaks, aren't scheduled for too long of a day, and aren't scheduled for a late evening session right before an early morning session) so just because a time shows up as available doesn't necessarily mean we will be able to schedule a session.
