Current customers may close their account at the end of any billing period for any reason by emailing us at support@northstar-tutors.com for North Star Tutors clients, or support@frontiertutoring.com for Frontier Tutoring clients. One of our representatives will deactivate your account for you.
If you reach out to cancel your subscription in the middle of any billing period, you have the option to complete the lessons through the current period, but there is no refund available and you may have remaining charges (for example, for extra lessons scheduled during the last billing cycle) under the subscription that can come through for up to 30 days after the subscription has been canceled. Any unused lessons will remain on your account as credits for up to 6 months from the date of purchase should you wish to use them in the future.
Once a renewal charge comes through on your account at the beginning of a billing period, you are committed through the end of that billing period and no refund is available. Please ensure that you reach out to us before your plan renews if you would not like to continue.
