Cancelling or Rescheduling an SAT/ACT Individual Prep Session?
This article contains our cancellation policy for individual prep sessions, as well as how to cancel and reschedule lessons when necessary.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Our SAT/ACT individual prep sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy, meaning we need to know at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the lesson if your student is unable to attend. If a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of when it is scheduled to begin, unfortunately it is considered used and is unavailable for reschedule. If you have an extenuating circumstance that you believe warrants an exception to this policy, you can always contact us at support@frontiertutoring.com and we can take a look.

Rescheduling Cancelled Lessons
Lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are reschedulable by working directly with your Tutoring Specialist, or emailing us at support@frontiertutoring.com. We will work to reschedule the lessons as quickly as we can, but rescheduling lessons is subject to the availability of the instructors. We cannot guarantee availability before a specific date (such as your student's official SAT test date), but we always do our best to meet any deadlines that you or your student may have. The earlier that you reach out to us (or to your Tutoring Specialist) to reschedule the cancelled lesson, the easier it is to get it back on the calendar!
